“The Jobs for Life class has given our members a way to apply their personal passions and skills to spread faith while positively impacting the lives of people locally.”
-Ham Melton, Associate Pastor, Trinity Baptist Church, NC
Join a worldwide network of churches, businesses, and organizations addressing the devastating impact of joblessness and poverty through the dignity of work.
Jobs for Life (JfL) offers a discipleship platform enabling churches and organizations to develop gospel-centered relationships as unemployed/underemployed men and women learn God’s gift of work, soft skills, character development, and receive a supportive community through mentorship.
The result is employed citizens capable of providing for their families, business having access to a well-trained workforce, and churches creating sustainable change in their communities through work and the Gospel.

JfL Bristol Fall Class, September 16, 2019
At Jobs for Life, we believe the Local Church can break the cycle of joblessness and poverty. Where families are restored and children grow up with hope and a future. Where communities and entire cities are renewed because purpose and dignity have been restored.
But real transformation through JfL cannot be done without a group of people – a community – joining together to help men and women experience the dignity of work.
