We would like to introduce you all to the newest members of the Kingsport Big Brothers Big Sisters of  East Tennessee Team. Holly Blair is the new Program Coordinator. She has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications with a concentration in journalism and a minor in environmental studies. Her background is in communications but she has also worked with the Kingsport Farmers Market and Appalachia Sustainable Development. Alisha Yontz is the new Match Support Specialist. She has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in early childhood development and a background in working with youth from all walks of life. The Big Brothers Big Sisters Mission is to help children reach their potential through one-to-one relationships with mentors that have a measurable impact on youth. The Big Brothers Big Sisters Vision is successful mentoring relationships for all children who need and want them, contributing to brighter futures, better schools, and stronger communities for all.
